Case Study: Turned An Unused Basement into a Beautiful Living Space in Toronto, Ontario
Toronto Ontario, M6N 2V1
The homeowner really wanted to enjoy their basement space, but never had a finished area in their basement to use. We needed to take out the existing tiles and repair the walls and ceiling which were creating the illusion that the basement was small and dull. This space was also going to require new ceiling, lighting and flooring.
The homeowner hired HomeReno to complete the basement renovation; we converted the basement into an open space. We worked with our own trades, consultants and suppliers, and kept in close communication with architects with the client during the renovation process.
We completed the job on budget and on time, providing our client with a beautiful basement completed to the client’s satisfaction. Finished basements are a great way to add tremendous value to your home.
